Coming soon announcement for secure AI-powered document extraction and appraiser-controlled review in WSV Total Data.

The Next Evolution of WSV Total Data Is Coming Soon

Smarter. Faster. More Powerful.

WSV Total Data is being upgraded with secure, client-isolated AI technology designed to help appraisers extract, verify, and analyze information from property documents more efficiently.

The initial phase focuses on intelligent document extraction—reducing repetitive data entry while preserving source transparency, existing appraiser-entered information, and appraiser control.

Intelligent Document Extraction

AI reads supported property documents and extracts approved information into the appropriate WSV Total Data fields, helping reduce repetitive data entry.

Verified, Source-Linked Results

Each AI-populated field is validated and linked to its supporting source document so the appraiser can efficiently review the information.

Appraiser-Controlled Acceptance

AI-generated values remain clearly identified until the appraiser reviews, corrects, and accepts them. The appraiser remains responsible for the final data and conclusions.

Secure by Design

Each TD client operates within a separate, client-specific security environment.

The AI workflow uses certificate-based authentication, controlled document storage containers, client-specific processing boundaries, and exact document and job validation. Each request is tied to a specific property, tract, document, and extraction job.

This design helps prevent documents or results from different clients, properties, tracts, parcels, buildings, or jobs from being mixed.

WSV Total Data does not treat AI output as final. Results are restricted to approved fields, linked to their sources, and placed into a pending-review state until the appraiser accepts them.

Built for Practical Appraisal Workflow

The initial AI upgrade is focused on secure document intake, extraction, verification, and appraiser-reviewed write-back.

Additional AI-assisted capabilities, including report redaction and review as well as market data analysis, will be introduced in later phases as they are developed and tested.
